Overview
As Chief Product & Operations Officer you'll sit at the intersection of product strategy, operational excellence, and customer experience, holding executive accountability for how our customers see, feel, and interact with every touchpoint of the Dabble product. Leading a diverse portfolio spanning Product, UX, Trading, Customer Operations, and Casino, you'll drive the vision, build the governance and create the conditions for some of the most passionate teams in the business to move fast and move together.
In this key executive role you'll be setting the strategic direction, aligning key stakeholders, and making the hard calls about where we invest, what we build, and what we defer - in service of a long-term vision that's ambitious by design. Primary Location
This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane may be preferred.
Responsibilities
Set and own a compelling long-term product vision for one of Australia's most ambitious consumer tech platforms, including defining roadmap priorities across next sprint to 2-year horizon
Champion how emerging technology, agentic AI, and next-generation tooling can be embedded across product, design, and development to create experiences no competitor can replicate
Provide executive accountability for prioritisation across the full product portfolio, establishing governance frameworks and artefacts that enable fast, informed decision-making across a complex, multi-function business
Shape the future of social betting, Casino, and a product experience that is category-defining, with a long-term ambition to build and own Dabble's own games
Ensure Trading and Customer Operations teams have clear strategic objectives and the executive support needed to continuously improve customer outcomes and operational productivity through technology
Influence and align a diverse set of highly capable and passionate stakeholders from engineers and designers to the Executive Team using storytelling, clarity, and genuine conviction to bring people on the journey
Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in senior product or customer leadership within a high-growth, digital B2C business
Demonstrated ability to set product vision and strategy at scale, specifically the architecture of how a complex product organisation thinks, plans, and executes
Exceptional prioritisation capability: a proven track record of making complex investment trade-offs between innovation and delivery, and bringing stakeholders along on those decisions
Outstanding stakeholder influence and communication skills: you're a storyteller who can land complex ideas with diverse audiences, earn trust from highly capable specialists, and mediate between competing priorities without losing momentum
Experience operating in regulated, high-volume B2C environments such as wagering, fintech, marketplace, iGaming/Casino, media, or similar; comfort with the commercial and regulatory complexity that comes with global scale is essential
Genuine curiosity about technology, particularly how agentic AI, tooling advances, and automation can be embedded across product, design, and development to unlock competitive advantage
Natural conflict resolution and change management capability: you listen deeply, make fast decisions, and leave people feeling genuinely heard even when the answer isn't what they wanted

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $350,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
